Welcome to the Studio23 Karachi website (the “Site”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should refrain from using the Site.

1. Product Disclaimer

All Studio23 products are individually handcrafted. Variations in colour, texture, shape, and finish from product photos are natural and expected. These characteristics are a testament to the uniqueness of handmade items and do not constitute defects.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may be updated without prior notice. Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated. Orders will only be processed after full payment is received. Studio23 reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of pricing inaccuracies, unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please email support@studio23crafts.com immediately. Cancellations can only be made prior to shipping. Once an item is dispatched, cancellations and changes are no longer possible.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. For international orders, delivery durations vary based on destination and local realities. Studio23 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs authorities, or events beyond our control. Any import duties, taxes, or customs charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

5. Refund Policy

Returns and exchanges are subject to our Refund Policy, scroll down the page for the details. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the terms of our Returns Policy.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use the Site in a lawful manner and not to engage in any activity that may compromise the security, integrity, or proper functioning of the Site or its services.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials on the Site – including product designs, images, logos, text, and graphic – are the exclusive property of Studio23 and protected by intellectual property laws. No part of the Site may be copied, modified, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Studio23 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from misuse of products, delays or failures caused by third-party service providers, or events beyond our reasonable control.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Studio23, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from misuse of this Site and of products ordered on this Site.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi.

11. Right to Update Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Assignment

You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations without restriction.

13. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, governmental actions, internet outages, or failures of third-party providers.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Returns Policy, represent the entire agreement between you and Studio23 regarding use of the Site and supersede any prior communications.

ORDER PLACEMENT & SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are confirmed once the full payment is received. We aim to deliver your orders swiftly and securely. Please read the following details regarding shipping. 

For customized or bulk orders email support (support@studio23crafts.com) before order placement.

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
• Custom orders (depending on product, order size and requirements) may take 6-8 weeks as our artisans are based in rural communities. 

Shipping Times

• Local Deliveries: Typically arrive within 3-5 business days.
• International Deliveries: Arrival times vary depending on the destination, frequency of flights, courier services and customs.

Processing Time

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
• Customers are responsible for any applicable customs, duties or taxes for international orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

Delivery

Studio23 uses third party couriers for delivery and is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or customs. For assistance, please contact us at support@studio23crafts.com.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

At Studio23 Crafts, each product is handmade with care, hence we do not offer returns or refunds. However, if you’re not fully satisfied, we do allow exchanges or store credit within 7 days of delivery (as confirmed by courier tracking). 

Exchange Guidelines

• Items must be unused and in original condition.
• Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.
• We recommend using a tracked courier service to avoid loss or damage.

Exchange Options

• In-store exchange: Visit us at Studio23 (address given below).
• By courier: Ship your item back to the address below at your own expense.

We may also enhance your shopping experience by enabling Shopify to match your account with other Shopify services that you may choose to use. In this case, Shopify will process your information as set forth in its Privacy Policy and Consumer Privacy Policy.

As of the Effective Date of this Privacy Policy, we do not have actual knowledge that we “share” or “sell” (as those terms are defined in applicable law) personal information of individuals under 16 years of age.
